Did it for a year. Couldn't go for more. I just felt utterly useless. It's a frustrating job for sure ; exhausting too. I know some people who enjoy it a lot though, mostly because they made their peace with the idea that only 1-5 kids per class (5 being optimistic) will ever give a crap and actually benefit from their work.
