Ringolevio isn't nonfiction but it's got a good set of criminal philosophies.

Sociological deviance is probably a good place to start if you want stuff about real criminals. Parker and Allenton's The Courage of His Convictions I think Faber still print on demand, which might interest you, but there's lots of books that similarly deal with criminal deviance.

note: I say Ringolevio isn't nonfiction because some parts of it Grogan did make up - such as killing the deer during his retreat - but most of the criminal activity is probably nonfiction.
