It's poking fun at how "innocent" women are always seem to be. Nick tries to get any questioned but he can't and the media chants "poor amy" even though she killed a man. It's a satire on modern marriages and how women can get away with murder because of how afraid we are of saying that a woman can be evil. Blame the sjw's for that one. Nick stays with her because the media entourage would be worse than living with a murderos woman
