I would unironically wear this on a black tshirt
The School of Life's collection. It proves I'm serious about philosophy, and it will make me get laid.
I have a siddhartha tshirt with the kaleidoscope of faces at the end of the book. A bit tryhard but it looks nice and has a cool color scheme to it.
i would wear a hunting cap outside

I have several t-shirts from Out of Print (The Master and Margarita, Alice in Wonderland, Walden) and some from shirt.woot that have book things on them.
They're good casual wear for if I'm ever a youth librarian.
I would wear a t-shirt with a philosopher or a figure of note like Descartes. But I'm certain I will be regarded with derision for wearing meme clothing in public.
