Short stories are fun reads, like postmodern deconstructions of fairy tales. Novel series ranges from okay to mediocre, mostly because Ciri isn't a particularly good protagonist. As far as fantasy goes, it's on the good side. Has some interesting twists on the stereotypes of the genre and good worldbuilding.
