You can't, it's a diligent lifelong striving for perfect virtue.
But you can start by reading the Wikipedia article, reading the IEP article, reading Stanford articles, and, I highly recommend this, listening to everything on the Stoics by the History of Philosophy podcast.
Then you proceed to read the surviving Stoic works, of which there aren't a lot. Epictetus is my favourite, Seneca is sort of cool, Aurelius is alright I guess for his diary desu.
