Check out the rec charts...start with easier stuff thats classic like Catcher In The Rye, Gatsby, some Shakespeare...basically grab a hs reading list

It's hard to start reading if you don't enjoy what you're reading. Find something that sounds interesting first. Then start to expand your perpective. Learning to read first will help you enjoy reading the boring or uninteresting books. You'll start to appreciate them. You will take something from them.
