This probability works as an existentialist novel and every few pages the is a line worthy Sartre or Beckett but the sheer misery distilled into the prose makes it a hard read .
Problem is the character is in such a pathetic state but the book treats it as kind of enlightenment or as the inevitable result of intellect . And current, not depressed, me just found it annoying .
The kind of book that made me realize that if I dont finish it in one sitting I i wont finish it at all. there was no chance I was coming back to it

I liked the first part better. A bit too much necro porn at times, though. The second went on and on with that reincarnation thing or whatever the hell was going on. I still don't know what exactly happened in the end, but I'll admit I was enchanted by the night journey to the riverbank tomb and the passionate and eloquent suffering of the MC. I think it was worth the effort since it's so short, anyway.

Fuck you this is one of the most beautiful books ever written. If it's so bad recommend me something better, I'll read it and judge for myself. Because if you think that that's low quality, you either have shit taste or god tier taste. Let's see what it is. I'm already guessing it's the former, because usually when people have taste that juxtaposes my own it's not as good as mine.
