Do this OP: pick the hour of the day you want to dedicate your time reading. Grab a book you like, maybe a simple novel to acquire taste for the thing, and read it for like 5 minutes. Do this everyday, and each time put few more minutes in the 'session'. You will build 'resistance' and with time you will be able to endure longer periods reading concentrated.
For 2 months I had vague mornings that basically there was nothing to do, so I grabbed a book and started reading, in the beginning I could read for like 20~30min before start drooling on the book, at the end of the 2nd month, I could ready 3 hours straight.
