Is it worth reading?

I've just started reading it, it's a little slow at the moment but I'm enjoying it so far.

Greatly surpassed Mao II and Point Omega (the only other two delillos I've read)

But it gave me a taste of what he's capable of. I have Underworld, Zero K and Americana on my bookshelf. Hope he does more this.

Yes - fantastic book all the way through - but don't get too hyped up for the end, it's not more special than the rest of the book.

Agreed that the whole book is pretty incredible. The ending though is pretty wacky and could have easily been badly handled if not for the way that Delillo handled it. Credit where credit is due.
