Some of the creative writing classes he taught are uploaded on youtube. They focused mainly on storytelling but they were decent quality and free. Since seeing them I've come to regard him with fondness. I even read a few of his books afterwards which were just good clean fun but not really my genre.

I mean its not like they're difficult reads. It was only a slog for me when I wasn't into it, but if ya let yourself dig it for a little while you churn through like half the book in a couple days. That's the point of plot-focused fantasy novels. They're meant to be devoured
