Zarathustra requires more knowledge of the bible and Victorian era Europe than it does of the Greeks 2bh. Greeks are necessary for BOT and understanding Nietzsche's general stance on aesthetics but are not required to derive an meaning from his work so long as you know the basics about Plato and his whacky world of forms.
