Just read this and loved it. Thoughts? Is the rest of Welsh's work worth reading?
Porno is so-so, Skagboys is awesome, as is Filth. Sex Lives Of Siamese Twins is good.

How did that even work, by the way? It didn't seem like "Trainspotting" is the sort of book that lends itself to a sequel, and it ended pretty solidly. Hell, all the main characters would probably die in the time between the publication dates.

I enjoyed Glue and Porno but I read Marabou Stork Nightmares and Filth and just couldn't get in to them.

I liked it too anon. I've read it twice.
loved Trainspotting and was so disappointed with Porno, it turned me off to reading any more of his stuff, even after i met him at a Miami bar. saw the film adaptation of Filth and i have Crime on my shelves so i bet i'll open it one day. may give Skagboys a try one day. maybe.
