Can we all agree that Virginia Woolf is the greatest female writer in the history of the English language? I personally choose to be misogynistic as a lifestyle in order to prevent myself from the pain that comes with falling in love and being emotionally manipulated by females, (I say this only somewhat ironically) but I have to admit that her writing is incredible. Mrs. Dalloway is one of the greatest depictions of the rise and fall of emotion and perception (of death and life, significance and insignificance, connection and disconnection) throughout our everyday lives. To people who say "lol 1st world problems!" grow the fuck up, because you've obviously never experienced the feelings that Woolf tries to convey in the book. Also, not going to lie, but young Woolf is kinda a cutie.
