Read Uncle Tungsten as a one-off and liked his casual style enough to get some other, more neuro oriented books.
He is easy for me to get into because I work with patients and can appreciate the perspectives on functional impairment and clinical insights.

Another data point in the oddly, seemingly greater prevalence of buttpiratry among the hebrews. They seem to be more disposed toward their own degeneracy. Perhaps, just as Catholics made sex fun by making it naughty, these types get their kicks going against a central item of their core pentateuch.
