Easy there anon. I haven't read his stuff in a while, but I do recall that he had a very nice little picaresque with 'Going Postal'. Thud! actually had some interesting original concepts in it. All in all, his work is surprising in its consistent enjoyability to a wide range of audiences, especially considering his physical condition and how prolific he was.

It's one of those things that had they have a great cartoon interpretation (instead of those two low budget movies) they would be enjoyed by every group demographic, and might even surpass Harry Potter or Adventure Time
