looking for some expansion on the basic themes, characters, context etc from Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. Studying it at A-Level (I know, simple text that doesn't suit the level of study - but we didn't choose it)
my teacher pitches everything below our level and I'm looking for some obscure references that I can draw on in my exam
general discussion welcomed
reference to the greeks would be cool too! I know a lot of the characters are based on greeks, but my teacher has never mentioned this (seems pretty important to me?)
Fuck off. 'Simple text'. You know jack shit. Don't even know the Greeks. I hope you aren't thinking of doing lit at uni, you waste of space.
There's a Sandman number about it. IT won a Hugo prize, if i remember well.

If it were truly below your level, would you need advice from a bunch of neck-bearded pseudo-intellectuals?
