Literally the best booktuber
RonLit isn't bad, although she reads everything through a feminist lens. She's one of the only booktubers I've seen who can do decent literary criticism.
The vast majority of booktube channels seem to be about showing off the books they own or are receiving -- because they definitely can't afford all those fucking hardcovers themselves -- and how fast they plowed through another
Young Adult novel, like that has any merit. Some of them will branch off into the canon, but really only to show that they have an edge on the most well-read YA readers; besides, they read so fast and provide no interesting insights, that it's clear they've gained nothing from reading them.
Booktubers are shit, and I've watched way too many of them.
