should I buy a Kindle? Will I save money??

I read 50-100 books a year. I also abandon about 15 or so due to boredom or dislike and my library doesnt have an effective interlibrary loan (which I would certainly use if I could). I pay for usually 3-4 of them.
Depends, do you have a list of a few hundred books right now that you want to read and are in kindle ready formats?
I did, so it was an easy choice for me. Books will always feel nicer to smell and touch. But creepy library germs, ew. Purchasing physical copies is out of the question for me because I simply don't have the space to house thousands of books, nor would I want to really when I can have them in a digital format. I'm not a hoarder, and it's really easy to start and never stop buying books.
With Calibre (free software) it's as easy putting books on a Kindle as it would be copying files to a usb stick.
