Has there ever been a book to really tackle pedophelia? Lolita of course, but Humpford was characterized as a manipulative child rapist. I mean, is there any books that show a normal guy actually struggling and suffering with falling in love with a child, probably killing himself at the end? I figure a book like that would be banned, but I'm just checking.

My diary desunot really though

He means average joe desu

>A joe still being average and a pedophile at the same time
>>7726828
It's not explicitly about pedophiles, and no they're not "normal" you freak, but Gravity's Rainbow involves a few instances of pedophilia that are somewhat more sympathetic than Lolita was.

Not a book but this
Featuring Natalolie PortmanHumbert approve of this portmanteau
>>7727265
Sorry just if I don't say "normal" the pedo defence force attacks. Thanks by the way I'll check it out.

>that deleted scene
Does anyone know the story posted online about someone who fell in love with a young girl, I think around 11 or 12, ended up having a relationship with her and the family eventually finds out?
It started with the guy being infatuated with a girl, girl's family moves to another country, guy has online convos with the "girl", finds out it's the girl's younger sister, and develops feelings for her. He goes to work for the dad and forms the relationship at that time. Can't remember too many more details, but that should be enough.

I browse /co/ and the anime boards usually so I'm used to dealing with pedos/lolicon defenders.
>>7727376
we've (well, some us have pretended to) read foucault so we don't judge but this is a "normie" board

That's it. Thanks, anonfriend.

Meant to say thanks

It seems more like you just want an older male and younger female interaction to me, there are plenty of books out there like that

Dostoievsky in general.

Not him, but here's a couple
Henry James - What Maisie Knew
Robert A. Heinlein - The Door into Summer
Francis Kilvert's diaries
W.H. Hudson - A Traveler in Little Things
The Belvedere Field is just that. It's about a normal guy who falls in love with a 9 year old girl.I'd advise not to read the second part of the book however, as it is about them resuming their relationship when they're middle aged and is gross and boring.
>>7729070
Also Wake of the Raven I'd recommend. It's about a man deserted on an island with an 11 year old girl. Both books are semi-shitty self-published stuff but I'd still recommend them. Have a chart.
>>7729086
Damn. I'm... I'm kind of disturbed that that guide even exists.
>>7729348
Don't be disturbed. There are as many pedophiles in the world as there are homosexuals. Get used to it
>>7726828
>Humbert was characterized as a manipulative child rapist
Manipulative, sure. Rapist, no. I still don't see why people see it as rape, it was mutually contented. Lolita had already had sex with another man before she even met Humbert.
>>7729372
Oh, I'm sure there are. I don't even begrudge them their sexuality. It just caught me off guard someone had a preprepared guide on pedophile literature.
>>7729388
Statutory rape is still rape. At least legally.

Anyone nows the title of this book?
It's from late '800 start '900 about a man who took a ship in order to meet his beloved and marry her.
During the journey he meets this little girl with her gang, he was teased at the beginning but slowly he fell in love for the girl (and the girl for him).
At the end of the journey he has to choose if disappearing with this little girl or marry his old fiance that is waiting for him.

if marquez and nabokov aren't pedos, why do they so frequently write about it in disturbingly sexy ways?
tao lin's richard yates is about a relationship with a 16 year old and 22 year old. it's also autobiographical, i think. it's been a while since i've read it. i dunno if that's what you would consider pedophilia but yeah
>>7730101
prob they were molested in young age
>>7730102
Is a relationship with a 19 and a 16, or a 17 and 14 considered pedophilia? I was going to write a comic about two characters either these ages but my friend said it would be to big of an age difference.
>>7730868
That's not pedophilic at all. In fact a relationship between a 16 year old and a 50 year old is not pedophilic. A quick google search would tell you that.
>>7730881
Yeah but it's still looked down upon by a lot of people. My friends are normies so that's going to be the opinion of the vast amount of people (not) reading my comic. Plus I don't want attacked by tumblr.
