King asking about hell (an idea that he believes in) proves Kubrick's point that King is living in his own hell where death (the end of existence on multiple levels, loss of life, loss of innocence, loss of inner-child and etc) is constantly on his mind and permeates his stories.
But in the tweet King asks what if the dead started tweeting and Jim jokingly calls out his old age and supernatural disposition by asking if King himself is in fact a dead person tweeting.
