Reminds me of Renaud Bray in Quebec.
They're a big brand here and they deliberately set up shop next to small but successful independent bookstores to sabotage them. Now that Renaud Bray has bought Archambault, they own nearly 50% of the book retail market. Needless to say I never buy books from these fuckers.

Their selection is usually so shitty anyway. I always take joy seeing how empty the one recently open in Rosemere is. But to be honest I know the manager of one and she's pretty nice.
