which step in the process of searching for a book on this chart did you fail to do? Was it designating in your mind which book you wanted to find? Was it opening and looking at the image? Or was it remembering to check all of the books, and cross-referencing them with the one you designated? The third is probably the most difficult but just as essential as the other two!
