I now reading Plato Laws so I guess I will continue with that afterwards, is there any good secondary literature on him that should be read or can be consulted when reading?

Do yourself a favor and stop reading it and just read The Republic if you haven't already. It's by far the most redundant of the dialogues and the most boring.

So far I reached book 2 its raise pretty interesting ideas and smooth reading overall.
