What are some examples of Man vs Nature in the desert, specifically, where Man is violent against nature? Also, how would you do it?

Not desert so might not be relevant. But have you thought of Robinson Crusoe?
>>7494851

Well the Caribbean tropical environment. I admit it is almost completely irrelevant to what you're asking for, but I would go for a character so lost, and so hopeless that as a last attempt to contact a nearby ship say, he burns down the entire vegetation on the island, though nobody comes to his aid and starves. I'm just splurging out rubbish atm please forgive me.

no way, that helps a lot, I am doing something on a character lost as well so that can be really useful. My character might not be able to do the same, but that concept is still applicable and works well, thanks a lot
