i prefer reading a physical book. I find I can concentrate for longer, plus it doesn't hurt that it's way easier to highlight / take notes / bookmark pages

BookDepository or Angus and Robertson. Sometimes I buy from Amazon but as an Australian, the first two are my cheapest choices and have the fastest delivery times.

I haven't checked booko. I'll have to try it. I use booktopia or bookdepository. Or I go to Kinokuniya.

Mostly bookdepository, they're relatively cheap and on time with their deliveries. My nearest bookstore is 70km away since the last one in town closed, so it's just easier

Lately I've been supporting my local independent bookstore, ordering stuff through them if they don't have it.

Sometime I'll go visit the Amazon bookstore but they get plenty of my money for other things.
