For me it's having Kafkaesque days, realizing the futility of trying to find happiness in any external stimuli and then ultimately realizing that even I cannot make myself happy, that the universe is a large and cold and mostly empty void and also holds nothing except drugs and books to distract me from my hand to mouth shitty unremarkable life.
