Nobody cares what you are reading, trust me. So do what you need to do. However, if you really want to read it I would recommend buying it or checking it out. Just shut up and read.

And I almost read 100pages in like 3hours, is that a good spead for Infinite Jest or do I have also downs besides adhd, I was taking notes, looking up certain definitions and trying to create a character chart, so I think I did ok. But 100pages seems kinda low to me, but atleast I didn't miss a single thing.

That's a good speed. Don't try to read quickly if you want to absorb all the book has to offer.
Although you'll probably want to reread it at some point.
