I feel bad if I don't read at least 10 pages daily.
It's rare that I exceed two or three days without reading, but when I do I certainly don't feel bad about it. If I haven't read for an extended period it's because I didn't feel like it, and decided to explore my other interests instead. I feel no sense of obligation to read a specific amount.
