Just look up butt exercises and do them. Repeatedly.
Losing weight and squats help, but it's a lot of genetic luck.

Go read the /fit/ sticky. Learn about weightloss, proteins and exercise. Start running, I recommend the c25k program. Start doing calisthenics that work out your butt. My program conists of squats, bridges and assisted lunges. Do these on the same days that you run, then on rest days go cycling or some other low-impact cardio.
Many would say you should eat high estrogen foods too, but I don't think they're effective. It's up for debate. Do whatever you want famalam.

Take estrogen while your bones are still growing to get hips. Quit taking estrogen when they are done, and start doing butt exercises.

It's a myth that u can increase ass size by exercise. It's fat. Squats, while toning the ass, will actually reduce size. HRT for a short time might help but you will also get fat in other areas and potentially become a strange mangirlthing.

what? doing squats while eating at a calorie surplus + enough proteins will work out the muscles in your ass, making them larger. You wont lose weight if you eat at a surplus. If you have a low fat % (which you should) then they would pop out more.

I could imagine this is true for hips, but don't hormones also effect the fat distribution? Since females tend to keep more fat at their waist, wouldn't that help with getting a more feminine butt?
