Personally I only date older men, only because my interests really mesh well with someone greater than twice my age. Painting with a broad brush here, but I just can't relate to other early 20 somethings since their interests are all invested in like... netflix and chill level basicness, however, old dudes have a tendency to be basic in their own ways, very interesting honestly.
A ton of older guys are super focused on sex since they breed an insecurity out of the possibility that they could never have sex with another hairless young lad EVER, and that makes them weird and animalistic, not all... but yknow.
