Recently, I got fucked too roughly anally (although we used a lot of lube) and it started to hurt, it's been about a week since then. I've noticed that my anus feels very tight, and I'm not sure what the specific problem could be or if it will resolve itself.

I'm American and can't go to a doctor, and am posting this here because I imagine at least some of you have had similar experiences. Is this cause for worry, or will it right itself with time?

You might have just mildly torn your asshole.
It can happen if you take a shit that's too solid, there won't necessarily be blood, but it can be a bit uncomfortable for a week or so while it heals. I'd give it a bit more time, and then ease back into it slowly.

Likely some mild tearing, skin is repairing itself and is likely just irritated for a bit. I would make sure to perhaps use some lotion/cortisone cream and just let it chill until it's healed up.

Minor tearing. Just leave it be for a while, it'll sort itself out. It's happened to be a bunch of times over the years, unless it's bleeding or leaking you should be okay.
This happened to me after I got railed really hard one night too. It will get better, its just temporary really, it will try to stay tight until the muscles heal.
