So my latest blood test showed some "disturbing" result. First my prolactin levels were off the charts and so was my estradiol which was about 900 pg/ml (blood test was taken 45 minutes after I took 1mg E). I am 13 months into HRT and my E never went through the roof, in fact the opposite happened, like I generally had around 150 pg/ml. My endo said it could mean virtually nothing since my liver/thyroid/glucose enzymes were ok but it could also as well mean adrenal insufficiency which would fit the bill considering I take Cypro, the world famous liver/kidney wrecker. Did something similar happen to you, Cypro users?

If it was only 45 minutes after you took E, then that's the explaination. I got bloodwork done like 2 hours after taking 1.5mg of E and it showed up same as yours. My doc said everything was fine and that i should wait at least 4 hours after taking my E to get my bloodwork done
It's mostly likely that nothing is wrong.
