Why do you wanna die? Any specific reason or just dysphoria? If you get that shit often you should probably try to get some anti-depressants prescribed. Probably won't fix the issue itself but it'll at the very least even out your mood a bit. Worth a try at least, I was on them for a while for my anxiety disorder but couldn't really deal with it. Preferred an emotional roller-coaster over being completely numb. I'm assuming both depression and dysphoria are way different than anxiety though, but since I know nothing about it I don't have a whole lot to offer.
If you're having problems with existential type stuff, as in, meaning of life etc. Bare in mind that the meaning is completely subjective, your goal in life is to find meaning. Things you love and enjoy, focus on those and put your whole heart into them.
