Either you feel like a man, so "he", you feel like a woman, so "she", or you feel like something else, so "they" (singular they is attested to grammatically - "someone left their umbrella in the hall").
Anything else is effectively the same as trying to make someone use a nickname for you. I'm not going to bother trying to argue with someone who uses neopronouns but if they're not in earshot I'm not going to start calling them bun.

I mean there is "scientific proof" that more than two sexes exists and historical evidence that many cultures delineated more than two genders (and many that still do. Current day example are Native Americans understandings of "two spirit" and India has Hidja. There are a lot more example.)
Globally there are more people with an intersex condition than citizens in the United States. This pretty clearly "scientifically" proves that believing there are only two sex or genders is a delusion.
At the very least the idea that male and female are the only sexes definitively has no basis in biology.
