High hairlines are natural where I'm from. Lots of girls have it. The reason why it looks weird in my case is my wide chin and long mid face. If I would fix those I believe I could pass.

Ok... But yours is more high. I know you are polish. Yes your long midface. But that cannot be fixed so you should just accept that aspect of your face. The only things that someone help this are filler or implants to widen the cheeks and face. And also lip lips can have the effect of shortening and faces. I'm not sure either would be a good idea for you though.
I really think its mostly the shape of your hairline and how high it is that people would notice first. But its not that bad.
And yes you have a bulky chin at least in relationship to the delicateness of your lips and nose and cheeks.
