I recently got an office job and before I realized it the pounds started gaining. So I'm working out and eating less to get rid of it. But it kinda snuck up on me.

in all honesty i think you should try once with where you're at.
you're basically a BBW and a lot of straight and bi guys (like myself) are into that.
that's totally up to you though.
I've been working out as well just hard to keep the weight off when you're on pills :v (not hormones)
So take that into consideration when you work out that hormones (if you're on any) add some weight but not much
you need to compensate basically.

I am not sure of the details desu. I just know I brought it up to a doctor one time because when you're dressed as a guy it can be embarrassing.
I asked him and he said that with such an enlargement the only thing to get rid of it would be liposuction.
To be honest with you, I have way too much fun with it while dressed up to have that done. :P
The only thing wrong with it though is I have more of those triangular-shaped "fat guy boobs" that regular female boobs. What you see in the picture is actually a sticky bra in my size AND a size up push up bra.
