One thing that has kept me on the edge of transitioning are awful pitted acne scars on my face from my teenage years. I have adapted skin care techniques which seemed to slow outbreaks. But for covering it I tried numerous makeup products, as well as scar serums, and it doesn't make it any better. The scars are so visible and ugly, they really deteriorate any consistent femininity I try to achieve. Is there any surgery I could get to alleviate this?
