T-blockers fucking suck (minus bica) and hormones mostly make you a lot more emotional. Body hair is gonna recede which is nice and you barely smell anymore.
On the other hand I get hot flashes a lot and am a lot more sensitive to temperatures and pain.

We were known for longevity for thousands of years. It's of no concern to your mortality. Anti-androgens aren't as strong an effect as a scalpel though, I know from personal experience. The side-effects are more dangerous than the lack of testosterone. I have shrunk, but my doctor isn't bothered.

I'm 19 and 1 month on HRT. Great so far. But you need some sex hormone and you can go on T-blocker alone for maybe 6 months. If not, you're risking an osteoporosis.

You won't get boobs from cypro/spiro alone. On 18 you're pretty much done... or at least everyone says so. I say bullshit, because my puberty is still on a level of 16 years old or so. Only body hair that I have are on my arms, legs, you-know-where, and that's it. Facial hair, I have it only on my chin and mustache. Probably 4 - 6 cheap laser treatments and it will be gone. Most of changes occured in a last year though. After a month on hrt, they're pretty much reversed I think.
