First of all they're pretty infamous for their perverted sense of self-acceptance-people WILL tell you that you look terrible and that you need to homogenize yourself with plastic surgery if you want to be valued.
Second of all it's still Asia. Their boy bands look like tremendous faggots but they're all straight and designed to look like the same mould of interchangeable boys. Boys, not men. Even if you manage to find a gay scene they will not likely take you in.
