I'm 5'10". There are about 2,000,000 females and about 20,000,000 males in the US within 1/2" of my height. Supposedly around 0.3% of those people are trans, that is, there are around 6,000 ftms and 60,000 mtfs within 1/2" of my height. The number of women (female & mtf) around my height is 2,000,000 + 60,000 = 2,060,000, so there is a 60,000 / 2,060,000 = 3% chance that a woman my height is trans.
A similar analysis for a 6'0" woman gives an 11% chance of being trans.
The figures produced by OP's formulae are inflated because they consider all people taller (for mtf) or shorter (for ftm) than a given height rather than just the people within a margin (e.g., 1/2") of a height.

I got 91%, but literally most people just think I'm an awesomely tall woman. I was told I should be a model three times today, told my height suits me makes me gorgeous and asked if I ever played basketball/volleyball because, "tall women like you are hard to find!"
