If you are able to post your naked pre-transition body on the internet and you knowingly choose to first post pictures of you in a dress instead of mens clothing without shame, discomfort or remorse I'm gonna assume you are happy with your body and I'm gonna assume you want feedback on how you look in pretty clothing rather then laid back stuff. Lean proteins, lots of vegetables, less carbs(they are important so don't cut them out completely) little to no sugar, no soda what so ever(that stuff is poison) and water is your friend with tea once in a while to spice things up. I replace one meal a day with a protein shake mixed with milk not water, and keep the portion sizes for the other two meals small. Cardo as a focus, as it burns fat and doesn't put on much muscle, so use it to up your daily move ment. So in short, move more and eat healthy and less. I was 175, I'm now 151 last I checked at the docs and that's almost two weeks ago, it's getting hard to move more as its getting colder down here but it's worth it.

Also pro tip I wish someone had told me, if you like a certain thing like a lipstick from Kat Von D and don't have $30 to blow on one lipstick, if you find out the name of it you can find the cheap equivalent by brands like NYX just by googling it. This helps a lot when you're just starting out and want to be able to experiment with a lot of different styles. Hope this helped :3
