The thing is, it's hard to know if there people were actually gay or not. The "official" sources they arrested about one million gays and about 15 000 died in the camps in one way or another. Michael Kühnen, who was one of the first neo-Nazis in Germany after the fall of Third Reich, was gay and wrote "Nationalsozialismus und Homosexualität" where he writes that gay men are excellent for National Socialist movements because they don't need to look after wife and kids so they can spend more time on it but he was abandoned by his followers anyway when he came out. And that's probably how it's going to be in the future as well.

Just don't let religion/sexual orientation or other possible loyalties come before the loyalty to your people and their wellbeing protection and advancement.
Even if I wasn't LGB I would still have no problem with this. There are more important things to invest time/resources into than putting down people who simply screw their same gender in private. Especially since you will lose many potentially loyal people simply because you don't like what they choose to do in their own house with another who consented.
