Go get PEP; testing will give you a few sympathy pats, a support group, and a lifetime of meds if you turn out to have HIV, while PEP will give you a pretty decent chance of avoiding infection altogether.
On the other hand, it's nice to see that it isn't just gays and bi guys that do degenerate crap and propagate this disease; humanity in general is screwed.
