I cannot get a medical professional to perform an Orchiectomy and inhousepharmacy does not deliver to my country. If I don't get rid of my testosterone I will just kill myself. What is the safest way to get rid of testosterone production and how to prevent the most amount of pain.

Get a pair of hedge trimmers and just snip them off
Call an ambulance and then have the doctors care for you

Google sodium chloride injection for castration. If you do it right you're in agonising pain for a couple days then a dull ache for a week or so. After a few months your balls will look and feel cancerous to a Dr and they'll recommend immediate bilateral orchiectomy. There's a castration forum I was reading a couple weeks ago with loads of info.

The sodium chloride injections actually can make you produce no test and turn them hard and calcified. Sometimes it doesn't fully work the first try. LISTEN to the people in this thread I'm about to link. Many of them have done it before. If you're going to do this don't be stupid. Actually read the procedure and the risks, think about it hard. You probably will wind up needing to see a doctor eventually about it, even if just to confirm you produce no testosterone. Then you can get an actual orchi from a surgeon if you want, and you can ask them for estrogen and typically at that point they don't mind handing that out.

It is super risky. Don't do it. Find another way. Try going aboard to get this done. Medical tourism is a thing.

Also, you can do alcohol injections to achieve castration, however it will take much more repetition. You'll find other threads on that forum about that.
