Here's my question:
How do I make sure me ass is clear of crap before I do anything anal? Every time I've done an enema it just causes liquid shit to come out of my ass when I'm in the heat of the moment.

Here's my plan. I wake up and eat some fiber gummies first thing, then fast all day. After not eating anything, I'll eat dinner so I'm not hungry, then do anal. Is this a bad idea?

How much water do I need to use to do it properly? Do I need an enema bag? I usually use water bottles.

eat some fiber

Get a big bag of lettuce, big bag of quinoa, and a bunch of fruit. eat nothing but lettuce quinoa and fruit for 3 days ( or 2x however long it takes for stuff to get through you, to find out eat some corn)
Drink lots of water
No meat or greasy food for a week before. Both make it messy and make your butt stink.
