The way i see it, if there is a god he made people like us because it's a way for others to learn to respect each other no matter how horrible of a condition you have. It is very much linked to biology. You can choose if you want to transition or not, but you can't turn off all that feminine shit originating from deep within your brain (Area around the hippocampus is a very likely suspect).
