So lgbt, what do you think the chances are that when we die we have another life with a 50/50 percent chance of being a male or female?
If this was true I'd try for female right now... It would be so much easier than trying to sculpt this disgusting body into a better one...

What's the point? You'd be reborn with a different "brain" as well as body if that were the case, just your conscious thought would remain the same. What if you were born female but had a male brain next time? You'd still be a depressed tranny.

Chances unknown and unknowable. Advise making this life one you feel you can live rather than hoping for miracles. Trans people aren't allotted many of those.
