Legally they can confiscate your drugs, but they won't. It's a waste of their resources. You're not getting arrested for it either.
Most states don't require a doctor's orders to get blood tests, so try privatemdlabs.com to see if your state will let you. The things my endo told me to get a test for were estradiol total, testosterone total and free, complete metabolic profile, complete blood count, FSH and LH, fasting lipid profile, and urinalysis. The risk of ODing is low even without blood tests if you don't do anything crazy. Just take the standard 200 mg spiro/25 or 50 mg cypro and 4mg estradiol. If you can't check at all.
