I'm in a weird middle-ground with this. My country, luckily, has this law that guaranteeds me a treatment at any hospital by just signing an informed consent form and the goverment covers 40% of the hormones price, so at least there's that possibility. But I don't think my family's dynamic and way of life would allow me to start the treatment without basically outing myself in less than a week

That is pretty bad... I don't know. I don't want your situation to be ruined (e.g. getting kicked out) by this but it does seem like you need to do something.
At least do the preliminary stuff (bloodwork and whatnot)? That should be easy to hide, and it gives you a leg up if you can work out how to move forward
